Parental consent

If you're younger than the age at which you can agree to things online yourself, a parent or guardian has to agree before we can use some of your information. This comes from Article 8 of the GDPR. The age depends on your country, for example 16 in the Netherlands.

   Enter their email address

   In Your information and permissions, open Parental consent and enter the email address of a parent or guardian.

   They get a link

   We email them a link to agree. The link works for 14 days.

3. 3

   Your account works fully again

   Once they agree, the limits on your account are lifted. You'll see it in the Account Center.
