Upload a photo or keep the generated avatar. Your photo appears in every Ordnary product you use.

Name

Your full name is used for account recovery and in messages from us. To change it, send a request to support from Personal details.

Contact info

Add more email addresses to your account and remove the ones you no longer use. We send a link to a new address; open it to confirm the address is yours.

Your addresses are used to sign you in and for account and security messages, across all accounts and profiles in the Account Center.

Who can see your email address

• Not public: your email addresses are never shown on your profile or to other people.
• Apps you connect: an app you sign in to with your Ordnary account only gets your main email address if you allow it when you connect. Profiles in the Account Center shows what each app can access, and you can disconnect an app there.
• Ordnary: we use your addresses to sign you in and to send you account and security messages. Which other email you get is up to you, in Notification preferences.

Date of birth

We use your date of birth to make sure your experience fits your age. Changing it asks you to verify your identity with an ID document, so your account can't be made older or younger by someone else.
