Your information and privacy
Download your data, manage your activity, auto-clear it, and make privacy choices.
Download a copy of your information
In Your information and permissions, choose Export information. We prepare a copy of your account data and send a download link to your email address. You can keep it or move it to another service.
Ordnary activity
Ordnary activity shows the activity on your account, such as sign-ins and security events. You can clear it, or choose how long we keep it.
Auto-clear activity
Auto-clear removes activity once it's older than the period you choose. You choose the period in Ordnary activity, under Keep activity for.

| 30 days (standard) | The default. Activity is kept for 30 days. |
- What is removed: your sign-in history and the security events on your account, such as new sign-ins, password changes and blocked attempts.
- Where it applies: to all accounts and profiles in the Account Center.
- Permanent: removed activity can't be brought back. Download a copy first if you want to keep it.
Who processes your data
We use a few other companies to run Ordnary, such as one that sends our email. In Your information and permissions you can see all of them: what they receive, where they keep it, and how it's protected when it leaves the EU.
Privacy requests
Under the GDPR you can ask to see, correct, delete or move your data, and object to or restrict how we use it. Make these requests from Your information and permissions; we confirm by email and follow up there.
Cookies and email
Cookie preferences sets which optional cookies Ordnary may use in your browser. Notification preferences sets which kinds of email we may send you; security and account messages are always on.
