Public access and domains

Buckets are private by default. To serve files to the web, give the bucket a public hostname. You have two options.

Ordnary subdomain

Pick a label and your files are served from <label>.ordnary.cloud. There are no DNS records to set up and nothing to wait for.

Your own domain

   Add the domain

   In the bucket's settings, add the hostname you want to use, such as files.example.com.

   Create the DNS record

   Add the CNAME record the console shows you at your DNS provider.

   Wait for validation

   Once the record is found and the certificate is issued, the domain turns active.
